It all stated during the covid pandemic
It was during COVID lockdowns. Locked up at home, I eat, work, sleep, and repeat the process…again and again, and before long the weight starts creeping up.
I then started looking for ways to burn fat in an effort to lose the excess weight. To do this, I lifted weights and worked out. But the problem was that I couldn’t leave home because of the lockdown restrictions. As a result, the weight would not drop because the amount of calories expended was still fewer than the number of calories consumed.
I then examined calories in, which is the opposite half of the calorie equation. I made an effort to consume less calorie-dense and more nutrient-dense meals. I began consuming ketogenic foods. However, a logistical issue soon arose, and the product stopped entering the retailers. The nice keto goods dried up because, as you can see, the majority of the ones I was purchasing were made in the United States.
When I inquired about when it will be refilled, the store manager was unable to provide an answer.
After that, I noticed that new products were starting to fill the void. Although they were nice products, they might be made better.
When I saw there were untapped market opportunities, I decided to create my own product.
Krush Sugar Inc. Nut Mix was created on that day.
How did I get here?
I enjoy trying new foods. I want to make sure the results are the same as what’s in the book or what I eat at the restaurant as soon as I see a recipe. After that, I want to make a small adjustment to see whether it will enhance the flavour.
I particularly enjoy switching up the ingredients and making them more plant-based.
I make it, so I don’t cut corners on the quality. Family members and friends have sampled and tested the majority of my culinary samples. I’ve also given my stuff to complete strangers, and they’ve responded favourably.

Love eating plant based foods
In the past years I had high blood pressure and my doctor advised me to watch my diet or else I will soon be taking medication to lower it. I then tried various diet until I stumbled upon plant-based diet, and it has been by far the most effective for me. All my health markers – cholesterol, high blood pressure, and blood sugar – have improved and I don’t need to be on medication.
Also, plant-based diet has essential nutrients – vitamins and minerals, phytochemical and antioxidant – that I simply can’t get from other foods. This keeps me healthy and helps my body to fight off infection and maintain a healthy weight.
I get asked often “From where will you obtain your protein?”
There are many sources of plant proteins. You can get it from beans, lentils, nuts, and other plant sources. Eating plant-based is not about cutting out animal protein. It’s about your diet being more skewed towards plant sources while reducing animal protein sources. I try to fill two-thirds of my plate with these plant-based foods, while the remaining one-third could be a lean protein like chicken or fish, or a plant protein like tofu.
It should not be difficult to have delicious, wholesome, freshly prepared food free of added sugars. Our goal is to develop food that is both nutritional and delicious, with no added sugar, salt, or saturated fat.
